  • Ability to produce clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code.
  • Technical experience working with: MySQL; Linux; PHPUnit; Basic HTML; XML; Git/SVN (including feature branching, deploying, merging).

And here are some things we love to see but are not essential:

  • Experience with E-commerce development (preferably Magento).

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Developer with the experience and desire to help design and optimize the Marketing Automation solution which is underpinned by a core stack consisting of Pardot and Salesforce. In collaboration with our Digital Marketing process experts, we want someone who is passionate about building the tools to allow us to deliver great client engagement.

We want an knowledgeable developer who is both creative and analytical, an individual who is able to understand and articulate business challenges and/or ideas, explore them and implement the functionality safely into the Salesforce/Pardot production environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders such in Marketing, Events and Sales, you will create, develop and maintain marketing systems that increase and improve client engagement.

As an experienced developer, your integral role within the Marketing Automation team is to focus on the technical development and maintenance of systems. You will be involved in various aspects of the delivery of projects, from joining workshops to working with marketers to scope enhancements or new project concepts, delivery plans and supporting the team to provide solutions.

Experience of delivering working end to end solutions using Pardot and Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Ability to build custom integrations and user interfaces using Pardot API

As a Barclays Content Production Executive, you will build, test, publish and maintain semantically structured content that delivers customer centered solutions in line with the Omni-channel content strategy. What we’re looking for:

Skills that will help you in the role:

Content Production Executive

As a Barclays Content Production Executive, you will build, test, publish and maintain semantically structured content that delivers customer centered solutions in line with the Omni-channel content strategy. You’ll deliver a portfolio of change and be a champion and owner of best practice content management system governance. You will also innovate and experiment to deliver an amazing customer experience.


This is a 6 month contract with possible extension


What will you be doing?
• Uploading editorial, research, product and marketing campaign content to the relevant websites using various web content management systems and AEM in particular
• Managing the web content changes processes and the demand requests submitted through these to ensure that all changes meet brief and stakeholder requirements
• Using content to get the customer where they want to be, help them when they need support and communicate the values of Barclays
• Maintaining a high customer focus and be aware of the competitive market and trends within the marketplace
• Implementing business strategy by following a continuous optimisation programme, advocating the use of aftercare in all projects so that we improve the value of content
• Using experience, insights and creative brilliance to design content that is personalised, human, honest and effective


What we’re looking for:
• Experience in creating and managing content through content management systems, content design, project management, audit and inventory and agile methodology
