  • Exhibit and develop the Project Management behaviours required for the role

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Current Project Management certification required for the role
  • Current Membership of an appropriate professional project management body
  • Educated to Graduate Level or equivalent

• Achieve KPI target of 5 visits / FIX's per day.

• Utilise PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner to achieve required commit time, and reflect actual work done in real time by way of accurate and quality updates.
• Carry out any other reasonable request from your line management
• Be able to do customer rebuilds and configuration to desk
• Will carry out AV repairs and Printer repairs.
• Will be able to carry out IMAC projects under own initiative
• Be compliant with management system policies, company policies & guidelines and take responsibility for health & safety in the workplace
• Must be professional and presentable at all times.
• Must have full UK driving Licence where required to perform the role.
• Respond to any requests for information from your line management in a timely manner
• Work a certain amount of overtime when required to do so.
• To be approachable and accepting of Training requirements in relation to the role.
• To maintain the skills and knowledge required to perform the role to the required standard
• Must be able to embrace new technologies and adapt to change.

* Working closely with Analysts, Business Contacts and Architecture functions to ensure understanding of Business priorities and adherence of high-level designs
* Utilising your broad understanding of our systems in order to assist in the support of existing solutions to keep our services operational
* Utilising relevant tools and technologies in order to write high-quality, scalable code that is compliant with secure coding industry practices
* Supporting test and deployment activities including the provision of a deployable solution to ensure releases are of high quality and business risks are managed carefully

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a background of working across the full software development cycle and will possess a solid understanding of development practices and procedures. Technically you'll be able to display experience in Cloud DevOps (AWS/Azure), SQL, SSIS Deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps/Atlassian) and Git Source control. An understanding of data warehousing and Python would also be highly beneficial.

The role will require in-depth analysis and problem-solving skills allowing you to act as a subject matter expert, building solutions that support our complex business operations. A personable individual, you'll be comfortable working across functions and teams in order to collaborate with employees across a variety of disciplines.
