Job description

We're looking for a Business Intelligence / SQL developer with 3+ years of professional experience to join the software development team based in our London office. As a key member of the team you’ll be leading the design and development of all business intelligence projects within Context; integrating data from internal and SaaS applications employed across the business.

Working alongside members of the multi-disciplinary software development team, you’ll be offering insights and recommendations on the development and delivery of our business intelligence projects, in addition to improving the UI and UX of our reporting dashboards.

You’ll also assist in identifying opportunities and improvements across the software applications that support our teams in their reporting and critical decision making.

The Tech

Our business intelligence stack is Microsoft Power BI, Azure, and SQL Server, whilst almost all of the software we use for our internal and SaaS applications is open-source and we like to contribute back to the community (see github.com/ctxis for some of the projects we've been working on).

  • Solid set (SQL) and procedural (TSQL) skills

Primary role is to assemble, sort and decipher information into database queries or data fields for analysis; to determine incremental profit opportunities across Inventory Management activities.
