Supply Chain Data Analyst

We have an opportunity for a capable, commercially minded data analyst to join our Supply Chain/Operations team. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager you will work with colleagues across a number of departments providing valuable information and data that will help drive the successful implementation and development of new and existing projects.

Strong project management skills are also required for this role as you will be responsible for maintaining detailed project plans, setting up and facilitating project team meetings.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Maintaining weekly reporting.
  • Setting up and facilitating weekly project team meetings.
  • Recording and following up actions and responsibilities.
  • Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
  • Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
  • Undertake quality assurance processes and reports to validate data using appropriate quality checking processes.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems.
  • Generate reports, and track against KPI for internal and external processes.
  • Support and troubleshoot queries and issues for ERP, and other Supply Chain systems.
  • Support the serialization, and supply chain projects.
  • Support the supply chain department in the management of ERP, and other systems.
  • Undertake quality assurance processes and reports to validate data using appropriate quality checking processes.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong academic background, preferably a degree in a related subject.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience in Sage, ODBC, Power BI, Oracle, or other data analysis platforms.
  • Microsoft Excel at Intermediate Level Charting, Pivot Reporting, Microsoft Word; Outlook.
  • Working knowledge in pharma product supply chain would be highly advantageous.
  • User of ERP Systems.
  • Excellent problem solving ability.
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated with sound people skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative yet also able to work as part of a team in a commercial driven, results orientated environment.

We're looking for someone to join our client's team based in Mitcham. They will provide you with all the relevant training ensuring you're able to provide general IT support across the company.

You will be learning the system, Sage Enterprise (formerly Sage X3) via on the job training. This will consist of spending time within the relevant departments, seeing how they use the applications functions and learning from the Senior Engineer within the IT Department.

You will then provide technical support and manage general support calls to all departments. Ad-hoc duties such as (not limited to) procurement, stock management, liaising with support companies and project work as required in support of the IT Department objectives.

Your duties will include:

* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the IT Department and IT related systems
