Our Mobile team are looking for a talented Quality Engineering Lead to help support our engineering transformation to ensure appropriate test methodology enables the delivery of change in line with the Lloyds Banking Group project standards through robust testing & coding.
You'll deliver training & coaching to Quality Engineers to further optimise test quality with the Test Data team, take ownership of the feature team’s automation testing and fix any nightly build failures.
You'll also develop templates and guidelines for developing scripts, review scripts that have been developed (+2), write End of Test Reports
We would like to hear from you, if you
• Have expertise with automated testing tools such as Perfecto, Appium
• Bring a solid understanding of programming principles and best practice (e.g. for creating re-usable code, best practice etc)
• Are an experienced Leader
• Are experienced implementing a BDD framework in a similar environment
• Bring experience with reviewing and providing feedback to others (+2)
It would be great if you also had:
• Mobile App QE expertise
• Expertise in DevOps tooling for execution of automation tests such as Jenkins, GIT, Gerrit

As our organisation transforms, the team will evolve the core design and architectural frameworks of these platforms to help them further integrate with our physical channels, ensure they look and feel great to customers however they interact with them, and to deliver new features or capabilities that act as enablers for value streams to build out from.
