What to expect?
You will immersed in the depths and breadths of building our order management system, right from interacting with our CRM all the way through to our components going out the door.
You'll be involved in building a platform to manage orders going through a factory inc. quoting, inventory management, tracking orders placed with suppliers and much, much more including integrating with external services (e.g. Xero).
Future projects will include building a platform to manage production within the factory such a scheduling, tracking and monitoring of work as it's happening.
The teams are fluid and you will work on the team best fitting your skills and interests. We adapt our software and our structure to cope with new problems but still make sure we give ideas a chance to mature. We hope everyone feels comfortable offering suggestions at any level and we trust people to manage their projects as they see fit.
We like to treat our employees right so you’ll have excellent hardware, high-performance computers, stock options, top of the range private healthcare, company expense card, Bose headphones plus 28 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays).
We also have company-wide innovation/hack days. We encourage personal development at CloudNC so we have built a learning and development matrix where you are able to sign up to modules that interest you.
You'll learn more if you're working somewhere that's growing fast and CloudNC has been featured in the RocketList 2019 'Best Fast-Growing Companies'.
You enjoy learning about new problems and finding solutions through combinations of research, experimentation, and implementation. Members frequently collaborate with their team, discuss new ideas, and make regular codebase contributions to help support the wider business and team goals.
