* Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
* Software Engineering background
* Any other certification will be an advantage in Project management (Prince2, APMG, PMP, etc)

An innovative engineering company, my client are looking for a Test Equipment Software Engineer to join their team. The role will involve C++ Linux - developing software for military applications. The successful candidate will work closely with our client to support tasks across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements elicitation and analysis (text based requirements)
* Software design (Rhapsody /UML and traditional textual design)
* Code updates (C++ and Linux based scripting - Eclipse IDE)
* Component level testing (using tools such as GCov)
* Production of documentation appropriate for the lifecycle stage
