  • Provide technical and product support, triaging issues to the relevant teams when required.

  • Weekly tracking and monitoring of client usage, milestones, value, and health metrics; proactively intervening as needed.
  • Create assets and documentation that will aid you in delivering value to customers and for the greater ecosystem.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • 3+ years of Customer Success experience supporting an enterprise platform
  • 3+ years experience of using MDM or EMM technologies such as MobileIron, AirWatch, MaaS360, BlackBerry UEM, SOTI MobiControl or Microsoft Intune.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ Android development Fluent in English and German would be a plus

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need to be considered?

  • You hold hands-on experience with Graphics API such as (but not limited to) OpenGL ES/Vulkan/EGL Khronos APIs.
  • Experience optimising graphics applications and you understand challenges of that work.
  • You possess a good understanding of at least one modern mobile GPU architecture.
  • You hold some experience with Android OS, especially the graphics framework (SurfaceFlinger and HWC).
  • Proficient in problem solving and debugging.
  • You possess good oral and written English communication skills as well as having an excellent team working skillset.
  • You enjoy working directly with customers as a technology Jedi.
  • Be prepared to travel occasionally during critical project stages.

An exciting opportunity to become a Senior or Lead Android Developer with one of the world’s leading sleep tracking apps, SnoreLab, which has had more than 5 million downloads to date (iOS + Android). You will be a core member of our team, responsible for developing the Android app which has previously been outsourced to a 3rd-party development company.
