About Us:
We are a fast growing beauty accessories start-up based in sunny Shoreditch, London. We love working with influencers to promote and spread the word about our product, and we are now looking for a freelance Influencer Manager to help us manage these relationships. It's a remote position for around 4-5 hours work per week.

Location:
Any – the work can be done remotely. Would be nice if London based so that we can meet & catch up occasionally, but not necessary.

You are:
- Organised and love to plan: we really need someone to kick our butts into gear with how to reach out to and manage influencers at scale.

- Willing to learn: We don’t require experience but we do need someone who will take it into their own hands to teach themselves any skills/software/methods/best practices that they might need in this job

- Self motivated: This is a freelance job and you’ll need to get the work done in your own time. The salary will be fixed per month so the more efficient you are, the more you can make per hour!

- Social Media Savvy: You spend time on social media channels and you know how they work.

- Interested in influencer marketing: Obviously we do need someone who understands the world of influencers and who follows some themselves. A lot of the job will be finding influencers to reach out to, so you need to be interested in the area and comfortable with spending a lot of time on Instagram and watching Youtube makeup tutorials!

- Good at creating & maintaining relationships: You will technically be the voice of the company when it comes to our influencer network, so we need you to be friendly and kind.

- An eye for visual design: you have an understanding of what photos look good and what don’t.

The job:
- Finding influencers with specific characteristics on Youtube & Instagram, and an understanding of who would suit our brand and who wouldn’t.
- Helping us to come up with a system of managing the work flow of influencers- who we’re going to contact, who we’re in touch with etc etc.
- Contacting influencers & managing relationships with them, following up and keeping track of who has posted.
Replying to requests from influencers
- Helping us plan out our strategy, thinking of new and fun ways that we could collaborate or other interesting marketing techniques we could try out.

Qualifications:
You don’t need to have qualifications to apply for this job, but we would like examples of how your personality matches what we’re looking for. The following are some nice-to-have qualifications
- Experience with building a following on social media
- Experience working with influencers (or being an influencer yourself!)
- Experience working with Excel/Word or Google Sheets/Google Docs
