Client Support Representative (1st line) - Manchester

The business is a leading software provider for businesses across the globe. They have a fun, relaxed culture where they encourage collaboration.
In this position you will be involved in delivering first line support to clients in the UK and internationally. They pride themselves on their customer service so you will be required to document all case issues, continuously communicate progress of the fault with the client and manage and exceed the clients expectations.
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Experience in supporting software/applications, preferably in the financial sector
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Very customer focused and has strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Preferably: VMware, Clustering, CITRIX
In return, they will provide you with a salary of c£22,000 - £28,000 with other great benefits.
